Manslaughter charge laid in August death on Clearwater River Dene Nation

A 29-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter in the August death of a 41-year-old man on Clearwater River Dene Nation. 
La Loche RCMP responded shortly after midnight on August 10 to a report of a possible break-and-enter on the reserve, RCMP said in a news release. While at the location cited in the initial call to RCMP, police found an unresponsive man outside the home in the community.
