Man sent to hospital after machete attack during break and enter

A 25-year-old man was taken to Saskatoon hospital after being attacked with a machete.
The attack took place during a break and enter in the 1500 block of Avenue B North on Saturday around 2:40 a.m., according to police in a news release.
The 25-year-old victim told police he was assaulted by two men, who were armed with a machete and handgun, who had broken into his home. The two men, who were wearing bandanas over their faces, demanded cash.
