Man gets life sentence for killing Bradley Buffalo, framing it as suicide, then lying about motive

For more than a year, Bradley Adam Buffalo’s family believed he had committed suicide by hanging himself in a home in Saskatoon’s Sutherland neighbourhood — but it was all a coverup.
In reality, Joshua Andrew Burwell tortured Buffalo and strangled him with a rope. He then tried to make it look like a suicide by tying the rope to the leg of an appliance and dragging Buffalo’s feet through drywall dust that was on the floor.
