Man dies in workplace accident

A 74-year-old man has died following a work place accident Monday afternoon.
According to a Saskatoon police news release, officers were called to a business on the 800 block of 45th Street East at around 4:45 p.m. where upon arrival, they found a man suffering from serious injuries.
The man was taken by ambulance to hospital but he later succumbed to his injuries.
The incident is now under investigation by Occupational Health and Safety and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
