Man charged with drunk driving after hitting metal posts and fleeing vehicle

A 19-year-old Saskatoon man has been charged with drinking and driving after allegedly hitting some metal posts and then fleeing his vehicle, according to a news release.
Shortly before midnight Tuesday night, Saskatoon Police were called to the intersection of Whiteswan Drive and Lenore Drive. Witnesses reported seeing two men run from a vehicle after hitting some metal posts. When police arrived there was no one at the vehicle.
