Man charged after late night multiple vehicle collision on Circle Drive

A 55-year-old man is charged with drunk driving after a chain-reaction collision late Thursday night.
Around 11:20 p.m., emergency crews were called to the 11th Street exit ramp heading South on Circle Drive.
Four passenger vehicles were involved in the collision, containing 10 passengers in total. Three vehicles were stopped waiting for a train to pass through the intersection at 11th Street when a truck came up behind them and collided with the rear of the one vehicle, causing a chain reaction
