MADD Canada on Saskatchewan’s dropping impaired driving numbers

MADD Canada CEO Andrew Murie says Saskatchewan would get a “gold star” for recent efforts to curb impaired driving numbers, saying legislation, police enforcement and education have helped drop the number of fatalities.
