Lighthouse seeks donations to improve security as meth use surges in Saskatoon

When the street price of methamphetamine dropped by as much as half in the past three or four months, use of the addictive drug “skyrocketed” among the vulnerable clients of Saskatoon’s Lighthouse Assisted Living facility.
