Re: Closure of Ninth Street
How can city council ignore the facts?
1. The traffic count and speed on Ninth Street is well within the parameters for local roads, despite the fact that Ninth Street accesses a feeder road to the Buckwold Bridge. Note I didn’t say the freeway because the freeway effectively ends as it crosses Eighth Street, and the speed limit is 70 km/h on the bridge, slowing to 50 about one kilometre later.
