I’m writing to express my anger that the City of Saskatoon gave Hudsons Pub a permit to hold an extremely loud outdoor concert until 1 a.m. right outside the Bessborough Hotel on July 21.
I, my husband and our three young children are from Ontario and were in Saskatoon for a funeral. We were told by Bessborough staff that the noise would end at 11 p.m., because that is what normal city permits would allow for such events. But no, apparently City Hall chose t
