Letter of the Day: Trash plans focus too much on homes

Council’s narrow focus on residential waste management ignores a broader circle of contributors to the city landfill. I would like to know what percentage of the total waste can be attributed to residential waste. Broadly there are three additional sources of waste: factories, commerce and institutions.
