Letter of the Day: Sleep interrupted by loud sounds

The noise on College Drive behind Western Crescent is so loud, with the traffic and the trains running all night long, you can’t get a good night sleep. And the toxic fumes the trains are putting out while they are idling behind residential areas is completely a health hazard. To say nothing about the children that play all along there, it is just a matter of time before one of them ends up in front of a train.
