Roll out green bins program properly
If Saskatoon is serious about implementing more widespread use of green bins, then I suggest the following ideas.
In neighbourhoods where blue recycling and dark garbage bins are currently in the alleys, continue that method of collection for the green bins. Currently that is not the practice.
Support the financial cost of the green bins through general civic taxation but make the use of the green bins voluntary for those that would use them properly. The cur
