Residential parking in the area west of the Victoria (Traffic) Bridge began recently in Nutana. City council was divided on this decision last September when Coun. Block introduced a motion to delay implementation in this area until the Residential Parking Program review was complete, the Victoria renovation done and the Traffic Bridge open.
