Letter of the Day: Idylwyld plan is an improvement

I can only conclude from Wayne Eyre’s letter “‘Imagine Idylwyld’ plan is madness” (SP, June 30) that he has not spent much time on Idylwyld Drive. He points out that pedestrian and bicycle traffic is low, without considering that this might be due to the inhospitable environment for them with narrow, crumbling sidewalks and heavy street traffic.
