Letter of the Day: Finish SaskTel Centre first

As this SaskTel Centre arena celebrates 30 years of events, a study in 2018 will assess its status. It is time to resolve the access and parking issues that have plagued its lifetime. The promise of interchanges never happened and funding for any improvements have been sparse. Better flow would make events more enticing to attend.
It took 27 years to install traffic lights on Highway 16, yet the Rosewood Costco had lights before opening. Access to Idylwyld Drive from the east parking lot has the
