Letter of the Day: Call-out system on buses ineffective

Saskatoon could have saved a lot of money, or at least the transit system, if it had not put the call-out system in. The city should have learned when it put the audible system on the street corners. At first, we had the audible system speak so that a blind person would know the street they were crossing.
