League-champ Saskatchewan Rattlers to defend title at CEBL tournament this summer

The Saskatchewan Rattlers will have a chance to reclaim their title as the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) champions this summer at a CEBL tournament in St. Catherines, Ont., from July 25 to Aug. 9.
