Late, great Saskatoon sports legend Kelly ‘Biff’ Bowers honoured at BRIT

The Bedford Road Invitational Tournament kicked off in style Thursday, as Saskatoon’s Kelly Bowers, a long-time sports staple who died in 2019, was honoured.
