Last-minute coal compromise in climate deal disappoints many at COP26

Several countries at the UN climate change conference in Scotland said they were deeply disappointed by the move to change the language in the final pact to "phase down," rather than "phase out" coal power, the single biggest source of greenhouse gas emissions.
