Jury deliberations underway at first-degree murder trial of Tyler Hurd

Jurors sat in rapt attention Friday morning as they received their final instructions from Justice Neil Gabrielson before beginning deliberations at the first-degree murder trial of Tyler William Robert Hurd.
Some jurors took down notes as Justice Gabrielson explained the requirements to be met for all the possible verdicts. Hurd is charged with first-degree murder, although his lawyer argued that the murder was not planned and deliberate, and therefore second-degree murder.
