Judge rules contracts of Saskatchewan grain trader are 'unconscionable' and 'must all be set aside'

A Court of Queen’s Bench judge has ruled Regina grain trader Input Capital Corporation’s contracts with a Saskatchewan farmer were ‘heavily one-sided’ and ‘unconscionable’ and therefore “they must all be set aside.”
