Jorgenson reflects on busy first year as Saskatoon city manager
The StarPhoenix sat down with city manager Jeff Jorgenson to talk about his first year in the role.
Jorgenson, who has worked for the City of Saskatoon for most of the last 22 years, took over on an interim basis for Murray Totland in January before being named the permanent replacement in May.
