Internationally-known researcher Mark Boland takes charge at Canadian Light Source

A new face is leading the charge at one of Saskatoon’s largest research facilities. The Canadian Light Source (CLS) has appointed Mark Boland as its new machine director.
According to a news release, Boland is the co-founder and a director of the Australian Collaboration for Accelerator Science, which links top accelerator research facilities in Australia and is well-known in the scientific community.
