Interim removed from title, Scott Barney named Humboldt Broncos head coach-GM

HUMBOLDT — Scott Barney has been named head coach and general manager of the Humboldt Broncos for the next three seasons.
The 40-year old from Oshawa, Ont., was hired as an assistant coach before the 2018-19 season.
