Interim leader Nicole Sarauer first woman to lead Saskatchewan New Democrats

REGINA — The new interim leader of the Saskatchewan New Democrats says she’s honoured to be the first woman to head the party.
Regina MLA Nicole Sarauer replaces Trent Wotherspoon, who stepped down to consider running for the job permanently.
Sarauer says she hopes she’s just one in a line of many women who will follow in politics.
Sarauer also becomes leader of the official Opposition and Premier Brad Wall says he’s looking forward to debating with her in the legislature
