Indecent Exposure - CEW Deployment

On August 4, 2019 at approximately 2:40 p.m., the Saskatoon Police Service responded to a downtown parking garage in the 100 block of 1st Avenue South to assist security officers with a male who had been exposing himself to the public.On arrival, police found the male to still be unclothed and exposing himself as well as he climbed into a small space near a stairwell confining himself.  He appeared to be intoxicated by drugs and was behaving erratically.  The male had several syringes
