Huskies weekend roundup: First half of season wraps up

The Huskies men’s hockey team finished the first half of the Canada West season with a weekend sweep of the Regina Cougars. In a home-and-home series the Huskies edged the Cougars 3-2 in Saskatoon on Friday before travelling to Regina and upending the Cougars 6-5 on Saturday. The U Sports No. 3 ranked Huskies end their first half at 13-2-1 with 27 points, good enough for second place in Canada West.
