Huskie soccer teams fall in Canada West quarter-finals

The playoff drives of the University of Saskatchewan men’s and women’s soccer teams were cut short this weekend as both teams lost in the Canada West quarter-finals.
In the men’s quarter-finals, Saskatchewan, who earned hosting duties after finishing as the No. 2 team in the Prairie Conference, forced the game to a shootout, but eventually lost 2-1 to the University of Fraser Valley Cascades, who finished No. 3 in the Pacific Conference.
