Home care despair: Why I left the provincial program

Erin Millikin explains why after more than 25 years she will no longer use Saskatchewan’s home care program, and will use individualized funding for her care. Millikin has muscular dystrophy and requires an oxygen mask when speaking at length, and needs daily visits from care aides.
