Heroin mixed with fentanyl surfaces on Saskatoon streets

It appears there has been a resurgence of heroin in Saskatoon. It’s a relatively small percentage compared to other drugs, but what is concerning is that in some cases the drug is tainted with fentanyl. Meaghan Craig reports.
