Hammer Wielding Man Arrested After Damaging Property

A 24 year old Saskatoon man was arrested early Tuesday morning after damaging property in the downtown area.  Police observed a man with a hammer in the 200 block of 21 St E.  The suspect was damaging a City of Saskatoon FlexParking station.  Upon seeing the police officers the man charged at them, causing them to draw their conductive energy weapons (CEW).  The man then turned and ran.  There was no CEW deployment.A short foot pursuit ensued and a Police Service Do
