Hallberg wins Saskatchewan senior men's golf crown

Rick Hallberg is the new Saskatchewan senior men’s golf champion.
Hallberg fired a 77 Thursday for a three-day score of 227 (74-76-77) to give him a three-shot victory over two-day leader Ken Rodgers of Regina (73-76-81—230) and Saskatoon’s Tony Turay (77-76-77—230).
Biggar’s Keith Silvernagle finished fourth, four shots off the pace with a three-day score of 231 (75-78-78).
