Group approach pitched for clearing downtown Saskatoon sidewalk snow

A developer with offices downtown thinks a more collaborative effort is needed to make sure sidewalks get cleared of snow.
Ken Achs, president and CEO of Mid-West Development Corp., appeared before city council’s transportation committee Monday to argue for a group approach to removing snow downtown.
