Government makes photo radar pilot project permanent in Saskatchewan

The provincial government has given the green light to making a photo radar pilot project permanent after determining the cameras led to a reduction in speeding and collisions on highways and in school zones.
Launched just over three years ago, the pilot has involved speed cameras on Circle Drive in Saskatoon, Ring Road in Regina, Highway 1 and Ninth Avenue in Moose Jaw, as well as several school zones in all three cities.
