Gerald Stanley trial: Crown continues to call witnesses, son Sheldon Stanley expected on stand

BATTLEFORD – Gerald Stanley’s son Sheldon was expected to testify in court Wednesday about the events surrounding the shooting death of Colten Boushie on the elder Stanley’s Saskatchewan farm.
Stanley, 56, has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in connection with the 2016 shooting death of Boushie, a Cree man from the Red Pheasant First Nation.
