Gartner's fate in judge's hands as dangerous driving trial concludes

The fate of a man accused of dangerous driving causing death in connection with a motorcycle crash that killed his girlfriend is in the hands of a judge after his defence lawyer opted not to call any evidence.
Saskatoon Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Neil Turcotte is expected to deliver his decision Nov. 30 in the case against 31-year-old Landon J. Gartner, whose 28-year-old girlfriend Lindsay Facca died in the June 5, 2016 crash.
