Gang informant Noel Harder facing weapons, drug charges in Saskatoon

Noel Harder, a gang informant who earlier this year launched a lawsuit against the people in charge of the Witness Protection Program, faces more than two dozen weapons- and drug-related charges in Saskatoon.
Harder, 39, is scheduled to appear this afternoon in Saskatoon provincial court, where he is charged with 26 weapons-related offences, possession of fentanyl and breach of probation. He made his first court appearance on the charges Wednesday.
