Fuller: A giant wheel will be our next masterpiece

It’s a landmark day in the history of Saskatoon for two reasons: 1. Our long-awaited museum of modern art is opening. And 2. We can finally get working on our giant wheel.
I’ve been patient. I’ve been polite. I’ve waited four long years for Remai Modern to be built. It’s going to make Saskatoon look great, like the big city we’ve always wanted to be — or, at least, the big city we kind of, half-way, semi-aspired to be, sort of.
