Fraudulent Canvassing Activity

Saskatoon Police have received reports of a man impersonating a charity volunteer entering businesses canvassing for donations.The public is reminded that individuals representing a legitimate charity will have official identification and professional forms when canvassing. Please contact the charity represented directly if any doubts are raised as to whether the fundraising activity is authentic.
