Frances Morrison Library closed due to water main break; library working to find cold-weather alternatives

Saskatoon Public Library (SPL) is working to find alternatives for people who use the Frances Morrison Library as shelter from the cold after the downtown building had to close Friday due to a water main break that left the building without heat or water.
