Food: Upside-down cake a perfect showcase for garden-fresh rhubarb

The BC cherries are here (hooray!) and soon fresh berries and stone fruits will be flooding our backyards and farmers markets. But don’t forget about rhubarb – it’s still having its moment. 
Whether you turn it into pies or crumbles, compotes or cakes, or even just dip a stalk of the ruby red stuff into a pot of sugar like you did when you were a kid, rhubarb is one of the season’s best offerings.  I’m guessing most of you have it growing in your backyard
