Flags at Saskatoon civic facilities lowered after Manchester bombing

Civic facilities across Saskatoon will fly flags at half-staff in tribute to nearly two dozen people killed in a Manchester, England bombing.
“We would like to offer our deep condolences to the community and people of Manchester,” Mayor Charlie Clark said in a statement. “This affects us all, and especially the many residents in Saskatoon who have friends and family living in England.”
