Five things to do this weekend

Hmmm. It’s a long weekend, we’ve got time to blow and we are not sure what’s happening around the city. Where could I go to get a few ideas? Well, right here!
Saturday is Canada Day and we would be remiss if we did not mention this. A boatload of activities are planned for the 150th birthday being celebrated locally at Diefenbaker Park. Things start at  8 a.m. and will go until the fireworks spectacular planned for 10:30 p.m.
