Five Arrested - Stolen Vehicle/Firearms

Two women and three men are in custody following an evade police incident involving a stolen vehicle and numerous weapons.At approximately 3:30 a.m., July 29, 2019 a patrol officer spotted a stolen Buick Regal at Avenue D and 23rd Street West.  A traffic stop was attempted but the occupants in the stolen vehicle refused to stop and evaded the officer.  The Air Support Unit was able to locate the vehicle from the air and witnessed it stop on Avenue R North where a passenger fled the veh
