Firefighting operations 'not nearly over,' but some evacuees heading home

Dozens of Pelican Narrows residents who have been living at Saskatoon’s Henk Ruys Soccer Centre for the last two weeks boarded charter buses Thursday morning to begin the long drive home.
People grasping pillows, duffel bags and backpacks ignored media cameras as they quietly boarded the bus ahead of their seven-hour trip.
