Fire ban lifted for most provincial parks, recreational areas

A ban on open fires on all provincial land south of Churchill River has been lifted after parts of the province got a healthy dousing of rain.
The Government of Saskatchewan’s Ministry of Environment indicated in a news release Friday the ban had been lifted 11 days after it was put in place on May 14.
