Fifty years on, Sask.'s first centennial day baby girl awaits recognition

Kara ffolliott’s Canada Day birthdays were always special. 
Growing up in a Metis family, she was a “tomboy” who liked to play with her shoes off and in the rain. She spent those childhood birthdays surrounded by friends and family. She was the last of George and Vivian Ott’s 15 children.
