Feeding Folkfest: Preparing food for thousands a huge task

As Folkfest fast approaches, volunteers are working behind the scenes to make sure each pavilion is stocked full of tasty treats for the three-day festival.
Every pavilion is required by Folkfest to offer some sort of cultural food — and for some groups, that food is a major part of what their pavilion is all about.
“I really feel that food triggers memories … food gathers people, food is a social thing to do, and it’s a way of bringing people together,” said Linds
