False names, messages of support for Gerald Stanley abound on $100,000 online fundraiser

Nearly 1,200 people, including donors using the names of Canada’s prime minister and the chief of the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations, have donated tens of thousands of dollars to a fundraiser aimed at helping Gerald Stanley’s family pay bills in the wake of his acquittal in the shooting death of Colten Boushie.
